Disconnect the LUK Solar QuickBooks Integration

The authorised QuickBooks Online company administrator may revoke the LUK Solar integration from the connected-app settings in their Intuit account.

After access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to retrieve or create QuickBooks Online information until it is authorised again.
