Energy is the bottleneck to improved education 😊
Last month we kick started a partnership with GiZ - EnDev Uganda for the performance- and market- based distribution of solar systems for phone charging and lighting school classrooms as cost- efficient solution for learning and studying after nightfall, as well as for lighting of dormitories, staff houses and for security purposes.
Furthermore, awareness among teachers, students and parents about the benefits of solar systems are being increased.
This week we installed 4 Solar Lighting and phone charging systems at Kasiso P/S, Kasiso Secondary, Kiziba P/S and St. Charles Katagwe p/s in Luwero District. Courtesy of the financing support from GiZ.
